After I got sick, my husband got slightly sick, and then my coworker got sick. So much sickness the last 2 weeks but today was Monday and it was a fresh start. Everyone was feeling pretty good and all had settled.
I had woken up at 3:30am today, it’s been a while since I had done that but I truly enjoy waking up early. I got so much done! I got the whole week’s breakfast and lunch prepped, opened medical bills I had been avoiding, read some of Genesis and did some stretching. Then, before work I went to the gym. I also got a few videos edited and some blog posts outlined.
As the day went on I finally remembered to get some pictures of the flowers my coworker and I betted on at the beginning of the season. All of the flower bushes looked the same at the time however I picked one that I thought would be the most beautiful and Pablo, my coworker, followed suit.
Through the summer mine got more compliments however, his is lasting the longest as mine is now starting to die out. I made him take a picture with his and I took one with mine which are the flowers below.
We both had a bit of fun with this and I can’t wait for next spring’s competition!
